I know it's still a pretty big price tag, but for what is an all expenses paid (except travel, accom and crash repairs) international turn up and drive offer and the fact you own the car at the end of the season/2 seasons this is pretty cheap in Motorsport terms

To me it looks like a standard cooler with STI painted on it. The STI coolers should be much, much longer (wider) than that one...
