Before I swap over from Alinta to Kleenheat, has anybody made the swap and found it cheaper ?

Ring Alinta back and tell them to beat Kleenheats quote by a further 10%. That's what we did anyway.

Just need to call Kleenheat and tell them Alinta have offered you 20% discount and they will match it anyway.

I changed from Alinta to Kleenheat, got a phone call from Alinta offering me 20%, then Kleenheat called to check still OK, so I told them and they matched it, no questions asked.

Is the discount applied for life of the supply at the address, or a defined time, such as 6 or 12 months?

No defined time was applied to ours when we asked that question.
