Only done it once & that was with a friend I'd known very well for 10 years +, Worked out fine but there's always things that will clash even if it's a best friend/family...you'll want to sleep & they'll have friends over, suspicious activity regarding missing foor or misplaced items, different levels of cleanliness to each other. I'd never do it with someone I didn't know.

My parents have 2 units now in and around the vicinity of Curtin uni, all being rented out to overseas student from Asia mainly chinese/japs.

So far so good they been doing it for the last 4 year and nothing major has happened that I've heard.

Basically what meatbag said in his post and a few more other things that I cant think off this morning and you should be ok
