Renting our old house! The rental market is fierce as fuck! Had at listed for $390 p/w - A bidding war has taken place over the course of the weekend, and it looks like it will be $460p/w for a FIFO dude.

yeah rental market is definately intense at the moment.

lots of overseas people new to perth prepared to pay well above market rates too
