Thats the thing - we dont set pricing, we dont set tarrifs, it is simply used as another means of revenue for the government.

Further more, our budgets are being smashed, so the windfall for the government is double.

There is going to be a point where a serious loss of service occurs that will trigger some massive changes in current attitudes.
