A mate at work was telling me he paid $2400 for a running/rego'd RS liberty today I hate him so much!

the help on these forums makes me happy. On the weekend, I dropped 2 screws down the back of my dash whilst pulling the stereo and vents out. I was spewing, because I couldn't find them, and they were rolling around when going around corners, and it was going to drive me insane. Tried magnet retraction tools, pulling parts of the dash apart etc etc but couldn't locate them. So, Monday morning I got desperate, I PM'd Mattuz on the forums, who works for Subaru Wangara, and asked him if he could help. Luckily, interiors is his thing, and he had recently just pulled apart an entire MY11 dash to replace airbags. He offered to help, and tonight, came over, pulled my car apart, located both screws and put it back together! Excellent bloke, thank you heaps Matt. Will not have to sell the car now because it has 2 screws loose :P (like it's owner)

Not getting pulled over by Police. Was driving along Abernethy Road this evening on my way to Belmont Forum when a paddy wagon passed by in the opposite direction. As soon as it passed me it indicated right, and from the left hand lane did a rapid u-turn and started catching up. I immediately indicated left (was in the right lane) in readiness to pull into a side street or Bunnings carpark. They followed me for a bit, but hung back a few cars... perhaps hoping I wouldn't see them and potentially waiting for me to do something stupid I guess. Found it rather strange as the u-turn was rather vigorous.
Paddy wagons don't have speed readers in them, do they? Not sure if I was speeding but may have been as I had a mate in the car and was distracted just before they went past.
