I'm not sure what he ended up with, his first few were around 58 seconds before the crash..

sms someone that does.. hahaha

nice 58 not a bad time for first time out.. I would expect that it would do 50-54 sec (or even quicker) on long track considering some evos with very good drivers can do 54s unless thats short track??...

Yeah he definitely went faster after the crash unusually!

To be honest as soon as I saw it I walked away from my WRX with the door open, keys on the seat and all my photography gear in the front seat...I was not in any mental capacity to think rationally!

Yeah got his wife's email address and have given her the link to my site so hopefully he is interested in a few!

He was riding every curb and glowing the discs in every braking zone, really committed and such a pleasure to watch! Just wish it had been publicized a bit better, only a handful of the bikers stayed to watch it so it was almost like a private viewing for me and my mate! Felt a little bit dirty afterwards

Credit to him for taking it out and pushing to his/cars limit.

Some of the negative posters here should stop and think if they have the nuts to take their car out on track uninsured and find the limits ? all good and well till your doing 200km/h + over the crest at Barbagallo pushing for a good lap time.

Good time for a street car on the long track is around the 65 second mark, think Kerry Wade has done a 63 in his 2.3L EVO.
