It always takes an eternity to get hold of anyone...then they generally have no idea of how to answer specific questions so they invariably recruit somoeone else to call you back...who never calls you back....bunch of useless crunts actually...

after months of being fucked around with my solar net feed in which I faxed back in May and they claimed they never received, I finally got a call from their complaints dept. who said if I can show proof of my first application back in May (which I can) I should get the pre-July rates.

Moral of story 1: ALWAYS keep a fax transmission report

Moral of story 2: If you have a complaint with Synergy, DO NOT contact their complaints line. Go to the Ombudsman straight away, it is the only way they will respond. If only I had known that a few months back.
