+1 for fresh install. Also, solid state drives write data differently to your standard hard drives and copying over your operating system and program files isn't really a great idea. In time you will end up with problems.

yep that was my problem so stuff it and reinstall windows, only took 15mins off my USB

Most of the free cloning programs only clone the data not the background stuff on the HD.

PS. set your BIOS/Window in AHCI mode from IDE to reap the full benefits

Reinstall was always your best option.

Also, disable/don't defrag the disk. I've heard of nasty nasty things happening to the data once it tries to "fix" fragmented files including snotting the file system altogether.

Throw the PC in the bin and buy a Mac is your best option, but everybody is right. Fresh install FTW
