Chasing an agent to Lease out a couple of houses for me..

They're located in Bassendean. They will be Lease only, not managed (as I do this myself), and I'm happy to pay around 2 weeks rental PER house as the letting fee, plus advertising and photography fees where required.

I don't mind scouring a few local agents to see if they fit the bill, but of course, I'll put it to the PWRX community first to see if I can help a brother (or sister) out with some extra work

Nothing wrong with it, but I haven't got time to do a PCR, take photos, advertise, field calls, show people through the house, etc etc, multiplied by 2.

Plus I have no way of cross checking tenant history with any databases.
