Its Bursitis ( inflamed bursa (doesn't hurt ) Not 100% sure how it happened but the surgeon is pretty sure I've got a torn triceps tendon ( fucking kills ).
MRI on Sunday to see how bad it is to see if surgery is required. A month with elbow in cast if so FTL
