Curious to know if any one has dealt with this organisation before and if they have, would I be correct that they are a group responsible for debt collection/reconciliation?

Good friend of mine has been contacted by them and isn't too sure on if they are a scam or a legitimate business.

Think Ross is right on this one, looks like they might be a group responsible for serving legal documents.
