Curious to know whether or not she passed him before approaching the roundabout.
If this is the case, you would think that something upstairs would have reminded her that there was a cyclist travelling on her left in the cycling path

She saw me when performing the U-Turn (without indicating) where she drove through the cycle lane, almost taking me out. Looked straight at me with surprise when it was almost too late.

The police have all the information. I have contact details of all three witnesses now and will be providing those to the police as well. This will be my last post in this forum on the subject.
