I was trawling through the ebay results for 'WRX' just now and came across this :

Apparently they spin when you drive also.

Similar to this...

Some dude on a custom bike at Scarbs had made his own version and stuck it on the air intake. Span faster as he opened the throttle. I thought it was quite good!
