No - just drop the "entitlement" attitude, adjust your household budget, adjust your discretionary spending (i.e. don't buy red mud flaps, buy a fat back TV, skip the Bali holiday, buy Rota's instead, drop Foxtel, quit smoking, etc), save more, etc.

As soon as you drop your 'elitist' attitude. Already done all that, don't smoke, haven't been on holiday for years, TV is 4 years old, dont have any excessive 'luxuries' if at all, don't even own a nice car & it has steel wheels with hubcaps. Still have costs of livinglike food, rent bills etc...once income is halved it isn't as easy as you think when there's also medical/baby costs as well.
