I haven't heard of anything like that Jaron. It sound REVS like but that is only for financed vehicles and I don't think gives you all of that info anyway.

Jaron just call the DPI. They can email, fax and send the info out to you.

I had to get them to do it when my fairlane was sold and HBF never cancelled my policy.

this is why i allways photo copy the transfer form before sending it in (and to keep a record of the buyers or sellers address, if i ever need it)

Give subaru australia a call they can give you a date of sale, even dates it entered the country etc just give them your VIN number and they can give you all the details
