Default Downhill state round 2

Hey guys/girls. So The Downhill mountain bike season is in full swing as of Easter long weekend in Albany. Round 2 will be held at the goatfarm next 27th/28th (next weekend). We expect a good turn out as it is fairly close to the city. If you Don't even know what Dowhill mountain biking is then i recommend you come down and have a look, i can garuantee you will not be dissapointed. We have a very relaxed and freindly atmosphere. Everyone knows everyone and new faces are welcomed and you will not feel like a stranger.

the track is located in Greenmount. It is extremely easy to find. Basically drive up Great Eastern HWY. When you go past the greenmount library on your left (scott st) take your next right onto greenmount rise, turn left and drive to the end of the road and you will see a questionable sign that indicates you are in the right place. You will have to drive about 50m on gravel road, so be prepared tfor your pride and joy to get abit dirty.

Food and drinks are available from our friendly canteen volunteers. We have the basic event staples, lollies, sausage sizzles, hamburger etc.

If you would like to enter and race we have a wide variety of categories for beginner rider all the way through to the elite riders.

If you have anymore questions don't be affraid to ask, DH is my passion and no matter how new you are to it or silly you may think your question i will always have time to answer then or help you out. If you do decide to come have a look. Ask for Tony Davies (emphasis on the IES as their is a Tony Davis), or Sparkie as im best known and i can come down and say hi/show you around.

More infomation can be found at the Peel District MTB club website.

Haven't been to the Goat Farm for years. (5-10)
