iinet are getting hammered on the stock market down nearly 50% in the last two days. Maybe thats wots on their minds??

2 of my mates work in customer support for iinet, one recently quit coz he felt it is going no where. haha obviously he is right.

Im gonna get this link and show it to my mate that still work in iinets customer support depo....see what he has to say...

yer westnet is the best service prices are average and connection is alright except wid the late upnighters and they cut the connection for 2 mins but ohh well good ole service maintainance other then that its great specially the FREE WAIXS haha

yeah i'm starting to get really pissed off at iinet too. takes forever for someone to pick up the phone when u call support, connection dropping out and a whole bunch of other stuff. big mistake when i signed up

I know a few guys at iiNet - seems my name is flagged on the system - it seems i was slightly threatening when they farked up my migration and I had no net for a week.

TPG is ok, once they get their ADSL2 up and running in about a year.....

The TPG support service blows though and is only operating business hours on weekdays.

When I was changing my internet from my old place, and didn't have the net for about 3 weeks, the numbskulls actually sent me emails instead of calling me!! How am I suppose to reply when I've got no internet!! Lucky I'm smart and used my friends internet at their place.
