Default driver beware
seen a few cars driven at night without their lights on, not even the parking lights so please be aware, saw one last night about 9pm white vr commodore , where were the cops ?

I'm not sure what your point is? Maybe they just forgot to turn them on?

Speed cameras can't detect if lights are on or not. So not a concern.
