But what are you on about mate? Thats the current lap record for fastest GTR as well as production car...its only from like two months ago.

Not talking about fastest car around the ring, as these are non production...btw the Nismo is only a few seconds off that time, ~12s

No it's 12 seconds slower than the 918 spider. The fastest time around the ring in it's current layout is another ~10 seconds quicker... That's a long time

2 months is old news in the information age. Sorry mate, I did sound like a bit of dick.

I was onto this the instant they announced the new time. It amazes me how quick that thing is and well it sticks to the bitumen. I enjoyed watching the video again.

600hp factory car with an insane 0-100 time and costs under $200k. The Porsche Spyder has 800hp v10 + electric motor so its no surprise its faster (not to mention what it costs). Also 12 seconds slower is a lot, if you did five laps that would put the GTR 1 minute behind. I like the GTR and that's the car I would get if money was taken out of the equation.

Just watched the Spyder on-board footage - definitely not as stable as the GTR.
