They will probably follow the Eastern states soon too.....and cop you for speeding at the same time as running the red light.
With the two photos, they can tell how fast you were going by marks painted in the middle of the intersection...they work out the time and the distance travelled between the marks in that time, to get your speed. |

the only way you can really get out of it is if you were driving a heavy vehicle or were towing something.
