Default LAN Driver Confirmation

Greetings,

Formatted my PC and its telling me there's no network driver.

Mobo: GB Z68MA-D2H-B3

Just wondering if the two options under 'LAN', are the only pieces of software I need to download from the GB website?

GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 (rev. 1.3)

Cheers,

Don't worry about the diagnostic package, just get the driver package.

So I decided to upgrade my pc as I was informed the existing motherboard would need to be replaced soon anyway.

Now with all new hardware the problem is still there

Motherboard Asus Sabertooth Z97 mk2.

When I go to install the Intel driver on the mobo disk it gives the error dxsetup.exe is not a valid win32, and if I try the realtech driver I get an xcopy has failed error.

I'm in the process of formatting again to make sure I shook the gremlins off the OS and mobo disks at the right angle but in the meantime can anyone else suggest anything?

So just no network card? Can you see it in Device Manager complaining about not having a driver loaded? Usually a exclamation mark next to it.

I searched and found here:

Motherboards - SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 2 - ASUS

Two drivers available, the Turbo LAN or the Intel Driver. Try the Intel one first. Make sure you're using the right one x64/x32 etc for the right Operating System.

You're doing the right thing.
