We work in a professional fmcg company & when actually in the office, spend most of the day taking the piss out of each other...

Culture is a very important factor in an employment decision in my mind..

I agree with this. I spent more time during the week with work colleagues than I do with family and friends, be fcked if I want to spend any more time with people I work with, and talking the same shit we talk about during work...

I'm not paid to be friends, so I agree, not a fan of work related outings.
