Just out of curiosity, has anyone filed a complaint with the police department for being treated unfairly????

i complained after i got a yellow and the cop was rude, unfair and swore at me... The cop i dealt with basically laughed at me, told me i probably deserved it and walked off! I wouldnt be to hopeful they'll treat it seriously.

P.S expect any future liasons with the police to be much more biased... against you.

If you dont get the response your after, and you were really mistreated, go to the ombudsman, that should shake a few feathers. Police are only there to enforce the law, not make it. On the other hand, if you were a bit of a smart ass, take it on the chin and learn from it.
