My spelling/grammar is slightly better, let me break it down for you:

1. happened crash
2. damage much not
3. he came back damage bigger want money
4. confused, do waht?
5. court probs, help.

Simple really.

if there is only number plate damage to your mums accord, no car damage there is no way that the incident could cause a chasis bend!! youd have to hit a car pretty hard to do that, it would only be a slow hit for only your number plate to be damaged

you could easily prove that in court by showing photos of your damage and comparing it to his damage if it is what you says it is (looked like it had been hit by a truck), that would prove your mum didnt do the chasis damage.

something just doesnt make sense to me here.

yeah any decent judge and cop would be able to work out 2 + 2 doesnt equal 5.

its good you got pictures will help prove your case, might not sound like it, but it will probably help your case now that hes elected to take it to court, and should your mum not be found guilty can always then counter sue for fraud

oh the mind boggles

ps did your mum file a police report , did the cops attend the scene etc ?
