Sorry my bad, she has 3rd party. But that only covers the cost of the other persons damage when your at fault though.
So meant no insurance that can help in this matter

so if she caused damaged to your vehicle, and she has third party insurance that should mean her insurance will pay out to repair your vehicle but doesnt extend to cover her own

No, sorry to confuse everyone,
Its her thats in the accident, jiffy hit her car, but shes only covered for 3rd party if its her fault, but this isnt coz the jiffy vehicle has claimed resp.
surely she cant go thru insurance if shes only covered for 3rd party though can she and shes on the recieving end?
and the other party agreed to go by paying cash instead of insurance covering for the damage

if she was on the receiving end and jiffy have admitted it was their fault and have third party insurance, then jiffy should be lodging a claim with their insurance who will inturn pay for the damages done to your car (i.e damage to other peoples property) The hard part there is getting jiffy to claim through their insurance. They obviously payed cash so they dont ruin their insurance history, or inccure an increase in excess
