just throw a party

a party is a good idea and throw some 2litre plastic bottles over the fence at the dog in question with a lttle water and about 4 lumps of dry ice and watch the dog shit it self, better still tie a cooked suasage to the end of the bottle and get the dog nice and close to the bottle...and wait for the bang, absolutely priceless, the dog ends up a nervous wreck......then drop a turd on their front dooor wraped in paper, light the paper and ring the bell and piss off, drop all the ground up sea food from a BBQ in the blokes air vents to his car, finish off with a car polish of break fluid and a truck load of sand tip on his drive way right up close to his roller door. then make sure you leave the area for good with a unlisted phone number...
