I'm callin in sick on Monday!!!!!

Spend the day checking patches etc. I found a bug but... if you install the patch twice then it doesnt work. you have to uninstall and reinstall it before it will take affect.

Yeah it's gonna be a happy Monday for me... RIM wont have an answer till it's over. So every Blackberry in WA with reoccurring appointments will be out. Not going to be fun telling that to customer after customer some with 100's of reoccurring that they'll all have to edit manually.

Fk the government letting the sw develops know in time.. I'm pissed they didnt let me know in time. I could have booked some annual leave.

hah! yep, found the same problem

I just wrote a script which drops a flag into %systemroot% to check if the patch has been applied twice, if so it uninstalls it.

On some of the Servers it checked the box automatically, on others it did not. Stupid windows product. So in-consistent

... goes back to mac running on Osaka timezeone

Put your clocks forward 1 hour when you go to sleep tonight. (Technically I think it's 2am Sunday morning we are meant to do it)

Patch your computer and let it update the time correctly... Don't just change the time on your computer.

Easy peasy

Thats just typical of RIM... They don't ever have the answer till 3 weeks after any event. Thats of coarse if they manage to come up with an answer at all...
