I have one that is not functioning at the moment. I think the oil has leaked out of it or something. Free if you want to have a look at fixing it. Pm me.

You may be fixed up by now, but this is the sort of jack I have used for a while - they come in handy all the time, worth spending about $200. This is a 2500 kg with about 480mm lift. If you need more lift use a well-fitting block of wood to take it a bit higher in steps. the main thing is to have a set of Heavy Duty stands, the jack is just a method of getting the vehicle up on to the stands.
SCA Trolley Jack - 2500kg - Supercheap Auto Australia I cant believe that Malz want $600 for a trolley jack - must be something special about that one - just the wheels? Edit: Ah, I see they also have the "economy" range (3000kg $170): https://www.malz.com.au/products/MOTJ0300 The $600 jack is more professional quality. Cheers. I just bought a lifted Pajero and carry around a 2.5T trolley jack that weighs about 50kg. Kincrome do a highlift jack for about $100... can't wait to get one. 35+kg weight reduction here I come!
