I have 18x8.5+35 with 215/35r18 with coilovers, 2.5 deg camber all around and all the guards rolled.

Will clear the coilovers and brakes, will sit flush with the guard without rubbing. and those size tyres will keep you speedo accurate. So i would personally go with that...
