245 instead of 255 if it means everything fits better under the guards and you don't need to introduce "heaps of camber"? You'll barely notice 10mm of extra tyre contact...

Will clear the coilovers and brakes, will sit flush with the guard without rubbing. and those size tyres will keep you speedo accurate. So i would personally go with that...
