Hey crew,

I have just purchased a rather unique "house" which is actually the old Hilton police station at 54 Paget Street Hilton. (See aerial image below) There is a great cafe 3 doors down and you are close to Freo etc.

I will be gutting it and turning it into a basic 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house. It will suit the car enthusiast nicely as there is 1 lockup garage (2 actually but I will be using one) and parking on hardstand for easily 7 or 8 cars that is all secured police comound styles with locked full height gates and fencing. No visibility from the street.

The house will be available by end of January. Will be looking for around $300 per week.
