Rossco, I also have a 4-Tec, but i battle to keep nitro off the brake disc, so it doesn't stop. Do/did you have this problem?

Melville Plaza Car Park. On Waddell Road. Across the road from the shell servo. Its basically on the corner of Stock Rd and Canning Highway - Then you will see the big shopping center.

As you turn off Canning Highway onto Waddell, you go over the island/speed bump/crosswalk thing, and then on the left is the entrance to the concrete car park which is nice and smooth (And always empty!) =)

No, I haven't had an issue with it pulling up under brakes.....I do however have an issue trying to stop it spinning when it grabs 2nd gear on the pipe...LOL!

Quick for a stock 1/10 nitro that's for sure!

I`ve got an old set of belted slicks you can have if you want them, should stop that.
The 4-tech was i very quick box stock car especially when they fitted the TRX motor to them

Nah, it needs a rear ball diff - the stock gear diff is poo. It's loose even on soft treated foam tyres.

Yeah mine's the 3.3 trx with an aftermarket unbaffled pipe.

Just a disclaimer - Dont come if you arent going to race. Dont come if your going to try and be a hoon with your real car or be silly or anything like that. The point is to just get a few guys down to do some drifting for a while. We dont want 20cars in the car park with a mass group looking like trouble makers.

The shopping center owns the car park, and they have a gym that some people will be using. There is an old folks home across the street, and a police station around the corner.

Mitch and I have some markers to make a course with (Thanks Soksta!) - we had a trial run today at a nearby netball court and it was awesome! Thinking the netball court would have been a better idea since its a public area rather than the shopping center.

We can always go down there if we meet up and its busy or there are too many people.

If you arent there by 2:15 and we decide to change location, then I guess you miss out hehe

Currently 3 people are confirmed, Mitch, my brother, and myself. Channels 1 and 5 are used.

See you there!
