As it happens, yes. Well not off completely but a $1000 fine plus court costs with ZERO demerit points (and lawyer fees, worth every cent) beats AT LEAST 6 months loss of licence plus the fine anyway.... You face at least 6 months, magistrate can increase the penalty as they see fit...

The RB320 is just like the P1 was in 1999 - Subaru UK (the importer of Subaru to the UK) commissioned the RB320, not Subaru Japan.
