Hi guys,
Haven't tried real hard to sell this thing as I'm still in denial...
But, The noose is tightening with the business settlement getting closer and we need to free up the cash to assist in start-up cashflow....

I have dropped price to $35K and taking reasonable offers and offers of part trades plus cash my way..

Happy to pay a spotters fee of a nice bottle of scotch or something that tickles.
