Default GC8 STi gearbox PPG 1-2 EOI
Box is for sale now! $2200



The box was rebuilt by myself about 2 years ago, with all new seals etc.

The gearbox shifts great, no problems at all, only selling because i have upgraded to a sti ra box.

looking at $2200

Great way to get into stronger ppg gears at a cheap price

Straight 1-2 helical 3-5
4.444 diff ratios.

I know, my car will be super quiet on the track again. i could put in straight cut transfer gears for noise

I ran the ultra close ratio RA box and blew it up. It is horrible for a street car. I now have the PPG 1-4 (but synchro) in the same ratio. My car is track only though.

IMHO keep the box you have. Much stronger and than a standard RA box.
