As noted i have a harness bar for a MY06 sti surplus to my needs. Currently fitted in the car for perspective buyers to view.

Mine, also an 06 was a pain to fit without instructions. Seeing it installed saves hrs. Does make a good option for fitting a harness without welding in eyes, and adds extra ridgity across the centre of the car.
