I got bad fuel surge in my old GC8 around RAC, pretty sure GOC runs a surge tank, I do in the EVO.

I agree on the Hankook's, they are awesome in the dry but feel scary in the wet.

Not sure on what is available on the Subi's, assume a STI version had a quicker rack ? it is a benefit on the EVO's as there is less input thus quicker.

The E85 definitely gives them some torque, I think it's also the ratio's in the box as 2nd feels like a waste of time, the OZ delivered EVO 6.5's were an RS2 model so I'm thinking it has a RS ratio...
