Not a good place to get sideways, have seen a few cars go into the wall there.

Nope he got her turned around and finished the race. Came in with some awesome positive camber....the car took a proper beating snapped another shaft in the previous race too. Was an epic day!

From Craig
"ell Torque Trophy is done and dusted. The day was a little too full of excitement for me and Kelly but overall the car went well, just the driver needs to practice. Qualified 6th which was great and had a great start in Race 1. Went a touch wide on turn 6, hit some sand and spun round. Took the tyre off the rim and babied it home. Sorted it out. Race 2 back of the grid as I was DNF previously. Launched and sheared another drive shaft... DCCD was on the whole time driving front wheel drive... Thing was twitchy as but it got me home which was great! Rush home to the parts car and got it changed over. On position 2 on race 3 on grid. Gently took off and was having a good drive with the faster guys overtaking me. Was having a good run with Stiles in the black SS and Denver until brake fade and oil made me turn around in final turn. Great race and thanks to all for helping and coming up to say hello"

R160 diff... and axles. if I have the budget after the last race in August I will be swapping it over.

i am also changing to 16 inch rims to drop 100kg minimum weight for race days. Just trying to source some rims at the moment with the right offset and width.

The tyre didnt pop off the rim on the turn 7 incident but came close. I had bled off a heap of speed before the turn and it looks worse on the photos than it was.... mind you i didnt know i got that much air!

twisted the hub connector on the strut so that is replaced and all fixed.

car will be at rallysprint on Sunday and then last race meeting is August 31st i think?
