Cut off or black out the airbag tag. The car is not required to have bags but they may be a bit funny if they see an airbag tag on something that's not functional.

Or............ Dummy fit it all up then remove...

Or............
Dummy fit it all up then remove it again. Then you can fairly easily re-install it just for track days.
