Ecuflash/Innovate LC-1
Gents,
I have recently built a new power plant and had a new base map done by a gury over East. Very easy to use Tactrix cable even though my first cable was dead out of the box. I am running a TD05-20G on 20psi. pulls quite nicely. However the LC-1, which is the most important thing in the tuners mind would not work and return any numbers after 3 days of trying. I am going to send this unit over East to see if it is faulty or it is my fault. There does not appear to be much comparable on the market. I must say though currently I am diappointed in what I have seen as many people in the States have exerienced many different problems. It is certainly not a plug and play product at this point. Tech Edge units are reliable, accurate & fast.
I've been running the TE 2j1 for about 12 months ( permanently mounted). The 2j1 I have has been modified to the 2j2/9 http://wbo2.com/2j/default.htm

Sorry to hear about your bad run of luck.
I'm using the tactrix openport 2.0 and the LC-1 with no problems. I have been using the LC-1 through a serial to USB converter in romraider, as well as connecting the LC-1 to the openport directly and logging to a microSD card. The only issue I had originally was that I didn't assign the correct COM port in romraider.

thanks mate..thatd be right if it turns out it is the cable. Mine was $43 with no drivers.
did you have to slow down your connection at all mate given the use of the serial? I was actually just going to buy an old laptop with rs 232 port. in the meantime I have sent the lc-1 away for testing to make sure it is not a sick puppy. |

also did you assign the com ports in rom raider after looking at the placement under your device manager given the taxtrix and the lc-1 obviously would be on separate ports.
the tactrix being usb connects very efficently on mine and generally I don't have to assign a com port as it aus.to connect |

I didn't change the speed or anything like that, just installed the drivers and set the COM port in romraider. Well I guess if the LC-1 checks out OK then you might want to look at one of those ebay cables. Only $6, can't go wrong.

I'm having a bit of trouble with my LC-1, I can get the logworks software to recognize the sensor, so the laptop is seeing it, but I can't get it to come up in ROMraider.
Is this likely to be a com port issue? I wouldn't have thought so as I can run Logworks and see the sensor, while Romraider is logging data at the same time, any ideas?
