I would like to see what my car is doing.

I have:
MY06 Impreza 2.0R built in Sep 05
EJ204 DOHC with AVCS
11.1:1 CR
ECU: Hitachi R7 (22611 AL260 A18-000 R6C 5818)


What do I need to get the data on my lappy? Which OBD2 cable to get? What software, etc.



Ive contacted tactrix guys and they dont support Hitachi ecu.

Isn't that off fast and the furious? That would be nice though.

Error codes = any OBD2 reader from Supercheap or from the internet.

Data logging may be an issue depending on what you want.

You'll need a tatrix cable and a copy of Romraider or Evoscan. Both should be able to log the standard items pushed out over ODB2. Otherwise there are standalone units that do the same.
