It will work the same as the others linked, it's just far more expensive. If you need it today, it will work.

Are you trying to diagnose the car or clear a code?

I've got an Ebay spec one that you can pick up and use/borrow if needed, I also have Torque setup on my phone so I can scan codes for you as well.

Edit: I also have a couple of the USB cable OBDII devices that run in conjunction with a PC, more than welcome to take one off my hands for free.
