Thanks for the recommendations, has anyone installed the front lip able to show me how it looks like under the bumper (the under view photo?). I just wanna get an ideal on what kind of holes that I need to drill on the bumper.

For the installation part, do I need to remove the front bumper at all?

Thanks guys

If the car isn't going to be lowered, or lowered by a huge amount, then you might as well get some brass nuts, bolts and washers and use them instead.
Tek screws will do the job just as well, but can be ripped out easily if you some how manage to hit something.
Only concern with properly fixing it in place is that if you hit something, you might not have a lot of room to move with the lip.

Yep I use the tek screws at first and they were useless, first curb I (stupidly) parked against ripped a few screws out. So I bought some similar sized nuts, bolts and washers from bunnings and its much better. Still good idea to use the tek screws initially to create holes in the bumper.
