In answer to the pms - yes these are the UEL headers that are made for Tomei.
They are top quality. Yes it includes the fitting kit Yes it includes the larger 20metre roll of heat tape (20metre X 50mm X 2mm) Yes there is an up pipe included. Yes they are in stock right now - both unequal length and equal length...in Perth and ready to ship - delivery is VERY fast around Perth - normally next day.
