Default Wanted: Super Awesome Housmate (in Yokine)
Myself and my house mate Erin have a room to rent in Yokine.
The house is a 3x2 and is fully furnished. Just bring your own bedroom furniture (we do have a bed if you need one).

We would prefer a female non-smoker between 18-35 years old, but so long as you are cool, it doesn't matter.

Cleanliness is a must. We are not super anal, but we don't like to live in a pigsty either.

It's a fairly new house (within 10 years) and is very much a comfortable home, not just a place with walls (if you know what I mean).

Rent is $125 per week, and the bills will be split equally.

You will have to get approval from the Real Estate agent before moving in, but they are pretty cool so don't worry too much.
