I have an MY99 with a towbar, but it's missing the removable tongue. (It's not a reece hitch - this thing is fixed on with two big bolts about 65mm apart.)

If anyone has one of these gathering rust and/or dust, please let me know via PM. Need the bolts as well as the tongue.

Go to any trailer supply or tow bar supply shop, they are usually a pretty standard fitting & pretty cheap, even most wreckers will have one, I've got one at home but I'm not coming back from China to sell it to you.

Thanks for that - wasn't sure whether the bend in the tongue was specific to the Impreza.

The neighbours put one out for verge collection 2 weeks ago and I left it there because I didn't have the car + towbar then. Now I'm kicking myself.
