Head shop says mine are pitted from being chilled?

32mm face 106mm length

May only need 4, but will consider taking 8 if i have to
Must be in good useable condition

13202AA400 was used from 1995.

This superscedes to 13202AA401 which is for all ej207 from 2000 -> onwards

Your number quoted seems to be an intake valve.

My research gives me a different part number

13202AA330 VALVE-EXH (EJ20G WRX RA & STI RA)
