This is what I did when I removed the spoiler, from memory is was just over $400 for the boot, minus the rear trim (just re-use the one on you're car and get it painted to match :D) that sits above the license plate.

Factor in a few hundred for prep and spraying of the STI spoiler and installation and you're getting close to the original quotes Kym.

If you don't plan on driving the car as much I as do, maybe look at plugging up the holes in the boot crazy clarkes style?
