A local built / assembled Cosworth long motor, big turbo of choice and process west v-mount cooler with a subaru sti long ratio 6 speed with supporting mods could be done for that sort of budget and make you 400 kw at the wheel....for a while.

Are you planning to use the car as a drag car only?
